Refund Policy

 

1. Please ensure to place your orders with utmost care. Orders once placed through Madhur Milan Sweets Website shall not be cancelled or refunded on any grounds whatsoever, as Madhur Milan Sweets does not permit cancellations and refunds will not be allowed on any grounds. Madhur Milan Sweets has no Refund Policy as it exclusively deals in food stuff.
2. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality, colour of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts.
3. However, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilled, the Customer shall inform Madhur Milan Sweets of the same immediately via email on support@madhurmilansweets.in, or telephone. Madhur Milan Sweets shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of thirty days from the date of such commencement. The decision of Madhur Milan Sweets , on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.

 

1. In the event the customer is dissatisfied with the packaging, the customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the payment made.
